Availability
We propose to deliver our services utilising our combined expertise.
We understand there is a mix of day-to-day and project activities to be actioned, and offer a range of daily, adhoc/hourly and remote availability.
We can provide on site services in Australia and New Zealand.
Business Fit Solutions is focused on providing quality services and so we try to service a limited range of clients.
We will endeavour to provide at least 2 week's advance notice of any other major time commitments we have with our other customers.

Understanding Your Business
During our initial engagement period, at no cost to you, we request to spend time entrenched in as many aspects of your business as possible. During these ‘learning the business’ sessions, we will endeavour to capture key observations and ideas, so they can be shared with you, and potentially incorporated into a future business process and systems blueprint.
This may include:-
- ‘ride-ons’ with service / sales personnel
- working beside front of house / back of house staff as they perform their duties
- ‘performing’ some of the work – eg. Picking stock in the warehouse, data entry of sales orders / supplier invoices
- reviewing existing process documentation
- analysing key statistical information – master data records, volumes of transactions, service level or key performance indicators
- listening to management and staff explain the issues, problems or gaps that are perceived between the Business and its System Solution, and
- time on Pronto to understand the modules used, their configuration and any enhancements
Charges & Terms
Our ongoing relationship is very important to us, so we will continually liaise with Management and staff on work activities and applicable charges(ours or 3rd party providers). Our rates are 30-50% lower than standard industry rates.
We will produce an electronic ‘timesheet’ of our daily activities, which will form the basis of our weekly invoice for your review and approval.
As part our engagement, time we spend learning your business / systems will be provided, free of charge.
We can provide short and long term engagement for our services (exc. GST):
- Full day rate
- Hourly rate
We will not charge overtime loading on our rates. We do not charge for ‘travel / kilometre’ reimbursement to your offices.
Invoices will be submitted weekly.
Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
